11) Contingency fees
When a case ends in favor of a client and once damages have been awarded, we will consider setting a performance-based fee, ranging as following, unless a better settlement was reached between the parties:

| 9% excl. VAT | from 20 000 € to 40 000 € excl. VAT |
| 8 % excl. VAT | from 40 000 € to 80 000 € excl. VAT |
| 7 % excl. VAT | from 80 000 € excl. VAT on |
