Maître LEVY-LEROY is specializing in Individual Law and Rights of Proceedings for Enforcement.

Individual Law:

By definition, it includes many daily matters, and it is commonly called Family Law:

  Natural or legitimate affiliations
  Acknowledgement or disowning of paternity
  Divorce, separation
  Change in matrimonial relationship, etc.

Rights of Proceedings for Enforcement:

This rather technical method aims to obtain the execution of a court ruling or of any authentic act when this execution requires appealing to a JUDGE.

Take the example of a person who admitted before a notary public that he owes you some money and agreed to mortgage his belongings. In case of non-payment, you can get his belongings to be sold at auctions..

Another possible instance occurs when the other party was judged but has no possessions except for his wages. You may proceed with an order of attachment on earnings in order to be paid.
