The Lawyer's charge:
The profession of lawyer is regulated and must comply with several principles
that are called Ethics Rules.
Some of these are regulatory rules and are mentioned in a specific text
as, for instance, the respect of professional secrecy. Some others are mainly
elementary principles of behavior and are not written down.
All of them are mentioned in the common rule to every barristers of a
same Bar, in what is called the Rules of Procedure. The French National
Council of Bars (C.N.B) has reconciled these Rules of Procedure on a national
level.
